Arrest of wanted criminal

On Tuesday 8th September, SNT officers were on targeted ASB patrol on the Strand, Villiers Street and surrounding areas. Officers stopped and engaged with members of the public who were causing ASB, and enquiries were carried out. As a result of these enquiries, one of the men was identified as a Registered Sex Offender who was also Wanted for Recall to Prison. The male was subsequently arrested and taken to prison to see out his sentence.
